This documentary on police brutality in Catalonia has been post-produced at Antaviana Films
This Tuesday February 12th Catalan TV has broadcasted in its programme “Sense Ficció” the documentary directed by Josep Morell and Jordi Vilar “Vides Truncades”, produced by Ottokar. The documentary tells the story of police excesses in Catalonia and the silence surrounding them. Since 1971, police brutality in Catalonia is accountable for 42 lives; 165 in the whole of Spain. In many cases, investigations have either been abandoned or have seldom resulted in condemnatory sentences in Court. This has resulted in nine condemnations against Spain from the European Tribunal of Human Rights because of lack of investigation.
“Vides Truncades” has been entirely post-produced at Antaviana Films.
