Lluís Miñarro’s latest film has been selected for the Signatures Section and entirely post-produced at Antaviana Films
Lluís Miñarro’s latest fiction feature starts its international film festival’s tour in one of the best film festivals in the world. Rotterdam’s International Film Festival has selected the film for its Signatures Section alongside productions of prestigious directors such as Carlos Reygadas, Claire Denis or Jean-Luc Godard.
Starring Ingrid García-Jonsson, Francesc Orella, Lola Dueñas, Oliver Laxe and Mexican actors Luis Alberti, Fausto Alzati and Hugo Catalán, the film has been entirely post-produced at Antaviana Films.
The film is an allegory revisiting Salomé’s Biblical myth, divided in two parts. The first part takes place in the Middle East in 2006 and the second part takes place in the present day.
