Produced by Massa d’Or Produccions, this is Laura Jou’s first feature
Laura Jou begins her directing film career with thus feature based on a novel by Pep Puig with the same title, published in 2015 by Proa Publishers and winner of the Sant Jordi Award.
“La Vida sense la Sara Amat” tells the story of a teenager who finds his best friend hiding in his bedroom: she’s run away from home. He consents to keep her in hiding and becomes her accomplice bound to cope with a life of lies.
The film has been produced by Massa d’Or and the Local Communication Grid and is currently being post-produced at Antaviana Films.
