The Award is aimed at the Best Picture in the Latitud DocsBarcelona Section, with films from the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America
For the third consecutive year, Antaviana Films sponsors the Latitude Award at the DocsBarcelona International Film Festival to take place between the 16th-17th May. The Award, which is given to the Best Picture from Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula in the Latitud Section of the Festival, is a prize of 5 000€ worth of post-production work for the director’s next film. This Award will be given by this year’s DocsBarcelona Latitud Jury consisting of Sumpta Ayuso, Anna Rebés and Oriol Font.
Antaviana’s presence in the most important documentary film festival in town doesn’t end here. The inauguration gala film, Carles Bosch’s Petitet , has been entirely post-produced at Antaviana’s, as Cosima Dannoritzer’s Time Thieves selected for the official Latitud competition.
