The last feature by the Catalan filmmaker has been post-produced at Antaviana Films and stars Sergi López, Núria Prims, introducing Mariona Gomila and Macià Arguimbau
This Firday 2nd March the awaited last feature by Marc Recha “La Vida Lliure” has opened in cinemas throughout Spain. After having its international opening at the Tallin Black Nights Film Festival and the Gijón Film Festival, where it received the ALMA Award for best script, this picture starring Sergi López, Núria Prims, introducing Mariona Gomila and Macià Arguimbau, can now be seen by the audience at large.
The film has been post-produced at Antaviana Films and its action is set on the island of Menorca during the First World War. “La Vida Lliure” tells the story of a human conflict, as seen through the eyes of a young girl, as the need for survival and the search for freedom are cast against a background of hunger, piracy and a flu epidemic.
